Who we are

Custom Stair House is a stair parts fabrication and stair remodeling business located at 45700 Woodland Rd #160, Sterling, VA 20166.

Quotes and estimates

Pricing shown or discussed before we review your project details is an estimate only. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing after reviewing your project details and, where applicable, the flooring material. Lead times (including our standard 4-day lead time and same-day rush options) are good-faith estimates and can vary with order complexity, material condition, and production load. Remodeling projects are quoted individually with their own scope and schedule.

Customer-provided material

Most of our work is fabricated from material you provide. You are responsible for supplying enough suitable material for the order; we will tell you what is needed when we quote the job. We take reasonable care with your material, but fabrication necessarily consumes and alters it.

Website content

The content on this site — text, photos of our work, and the Custom Stair House name and logo — belongs to Custom Stair House and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Product photos show real completed projects; because every job uses different material, your results will reflect your material and project conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it for commercial purposes, or submitting false or misleading quote requests.

Disclaimers and liability

This website and its content are provided “as is.” While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the site itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Stair House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law, or any warranties we agree to in a written contract for your specific project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
